Our Replacement Promise

Our Replacement Promise ensures if you break your Kultured.Kitchens dinnerware or coordinating serveware pieces, we will replace it for FREE. This replacement applies only to Kultured.Kitchens brand dinnerware and coordinating serveware pieces, provided the replacement is available, and only if breakage occurs during normal use or if an item is defective. To be eligible, you must register your product below and pay the one time regarrison free of $75.00.

This program applies only to the registered product owner. A photo showing proof of breakage is necessary when requesting a replacement. In case of breakage email us customerservice@kulturedkitchens.com to determine availability.
